Okay, so a lot of us say that we get our news from Twitter first. Many also state that political changes, problems with certain regions of the world and different pieces of information are often found on Twitter before journalists can get into the news. But, what does this mean for Twitter and the development of applications? If Twitter is truly becoming a news wire, then what will this lead to in the world of information?

The good option with Twitter news wires is that it is not limited to one viewpoint. Information is great when there are more alternatives to finding global news, rather than being limited to the local reporter. You will also have the ability to get the news from several types of individuals, news wires or specific areas, all which can contribute to the information you are receiving. The only thing you have to do is decide what is truth and what is rumor.

In the fast paces of news feeds and wires that are on Twitter, are also several that are questioning how this will change the idea of news. Not only is it moving at a faster pace because of this micro – blogging application, but is also expected to continue to grow with interested readers. For journalists and those that are related to the news, however; are several controversies over the legitimacy of the news and what it means.

I guess with the information available – it is up to you to decide how news is changing Twitter and whether it will remain relevant.
